Who is CP Ross?

Your event starts with CP Ross Designs

Hi there,

Thank you for visiting my site!

My motto: "Work like you don't need the money, dance like no one is watching, love like you have ever never been hurt".  Satchel Paige

I am a visual story teller, inspiration from you guides me to tell your story with a collection of flowers and design. I love to walk into a space and visualize how it will look for you! We have been servicing all areas of the special event industry more than seventeen years. In this industry experience is what you should consider when choosing your event professional.

I launched into the world of special events in 2005 and attended The Special Event Conference in Las Vegas. The Special Event Conference attracts event professionals from all over the world and the spectrum of availability for products is amazing.  My background included retail and merchandising which seemed the perfect fit to pursue a career in the special event industry. One of the conference features was the tabletop gallery competition. Ten designers were selected nationwide to compete and showcase their talent. The next year I submitted a rendering of my design for a tabletop, "Girls Just Want To Be Girls" and was accepted for Miami. The next year the invitation came back for Los Angeles, "Tour De Chef" and the third year was the charm with a winning design in Atlanta , "By The Sea".  My inspiration came from the works of Ernest Hemingway. After that my work was featured in two national magazines.

Please visit my press section for more press about CP Ross Designs.

When you meet with me you will find that I speak with confidence about your event and floral designs. My clients are widely varied and as an example, my largest event was for 2,500 guests. The most comprehensive event was a trade show production, my largest wedding outdoors for hundreds and my smallest gathering was an intimate dinner party.

The special event industry is fast paced and time driven. Being creative is fabulous but is not enough. You must be resourceful, organized, detailed, logistical and have the ability to make snap decisions if problems arise.

When you meet me you will find me casually dressed and easy to work with and I listen! I listen to the way you want me to tell your story!
