CP Ross Designs has been a part of the community for over seventeen years serving in a diverse event market. CP Ross has served on the board of The Art's Council, Garden Club Council and a part of charitable causes. Below is our proud list of engagements through the years in many capacities. The largest event produced was for 2,500 and the smallest a quaint dinner party. CP Designs includes a full spectrum of event production.

Frequent questions


What do you do?

We are event design and decor professionals. Anything associated with decor is what we do.

We coordinate all of the vendors. We set up your event and then come back to break it down.

Who does the flowers? We do! We proudly design all of our fabulous floral designs. We have a nationwide connection of the leading flower distributors in the industry. 

Can I take my flowers home? Absolutely, we want you to take home the flowers you have selected and provide boxes for transportation!

Are you a wedding planner? When you go to search engines wedding planning will pop up with CP Ross Designs. We provide all of your decor and flowers for the ceremony and reception and we can provide you with a day of coordinator.

Do you travel? The answer is yes. We have designed and set up events presently in North and South Carolina. We will gladly talk to you about your destination!

How much does it cost? Actually that is the first question asked and it depends on many factors. The amount of guest is a large consideration in your cost. Your guest list dictates

the amount you will spend.

I am considering silk flowers, do you do silk and why should I decide for fresh instead?

I love working with flowers and personally prefer fresh. If you prefer to use silk we will gladly provide you with silk .

Can I see a presentation of my floral design? Absolutely! We will be glad to set up a presentation. It is complimentary?  Pricing will be discussed.

Do you have packages? Each of clients is considered custom designed and for this reason we do not offer packages. Selection of our services requires a $250.00 deposit and is non refundable. The deposit will be decusted from your final invoice. Large events that require full service

may require an additional design fee of $250.00.

How are you with outdoor events? Outdoor events are a different factor for two reasons. Wind is one and rain the other. You have to be prepared for both with a plan. 

I am not a visual person and do not know anything about flowers, how can you help me?

The answer is presentation boards that we design and e-mail you for review which include flowers, containers, furnishings etc!

Why should I use you? I hope you have looked at my website and know that I have the experience and creativity to design your event but it all comes to this. Do you feel that this person will service your needs, listen to you, be sparing with your budget, guide you in decisions and someone you can trust  If I am a yes to these questions then CP Ross Designs is for you.
